DRIVING: that's what it's ALL ABOUT! A blog and website for automotive driving enthusiasts, featuring my interests as I see them: news and opinion about manufacturers of interest, significant enthusiast cars, and driving them hard and well.
A very old video, which I hadn't seen in years. A 1-lap contest on a racetrack: first off is an econo-box Fiat, followed by a delayed start Ferrari, followed by an even more delayed start of an F1 Ferrari driven by Michael Schumacher (first seen casually reading a newspaper while the other two cars go nearly the entire lap).
The petition this site started has 7105 signatures, leading Warner Home Video to move up the release date of Grand Prix to July 11th. And, you can pre-order this special 2-video edition via their site!
On my ranking http://www.CarMovieEnthusiast.com , this is the second greatest motorsports video of all time. It's an incredible film, with an incredible story behind it - and it very literally could not be made in this modern age (which means that thankfully it could never be remade with Nick Cage). Grand Prix is an absolute must for your collection!
