Scion FR-S (Toyota 86), by Subaru

We recently had the opportunity to spend some time in, under, and all around a Scion FR-S. That’s Toyota 86 to our Japanese readers, and Toyota 86 GT to our European readers (and it should IMHO be just plain Toyota 86 world-wide; this Scion business is absurd!).

The FR-S/86/BRZ is chock full of interesting details… here’s just one. This is stamped in the fender under the hood just before the left strut tower. Just to make it clear that this Scion FR-S was indeed built by Subaru. Kudos to Subaru for the engineering and build of three products!
