Wednesday, March 12, 2008    Follow-up: story of the Cougar Ace from Wired magazine   As a follow-up to my original posting in September 2006 of the accident with the Cougar Ace , where Mazda lost 4700 cars in a sea disaster, here's a great write-up of the story from Wired Magazine. Follow the link in the title above to the story. Since the original posting, and the salvage of the ship, Mazda has decided to scrap all 4700 cars that were recovered, abandoning the original plan to sell some of them as used vehicles.
